AbstractAutoProxyCreator.GetCustomTargetSource Method

Create a target source for object instances. Uses any TargetSourceCreators if set. Returns null if no Custom TargetSource should be used. This implementation uses the customTargetSourceCreators property. Subclasses can override this method to use a different mechanism.
